However, recently the makers of Animal announced that they are signing on southern beauty Rashmika Mandanna for the title role, the famed Pushpa actress now has three Bollywood movies in her kitty. She will make her debut with Mission Majnu, starring Siddharth Malhotra, and will next be seen in Goodbye by Vikas Bahl.

The reason for choosing Rashmika for the role is that the creators wanted a new pair and they found Rashmika suitable for the role. Besides Rashmika and Ranbir, the director of Reddy also features veteran actors Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in key roles.

As we know that Ranbir has recently wrapped up filming for another high-profile Brahmastra project, he is said to be in the final stages of wrapping Luv Ranjan’s upcoming one as well.
