Distinguished by its distinctive architectural vision, the Dream Las Vegas designed by the DLR Group will combine a contemporary glass and metal facade with double height terraces.
The impressive 21-story hotel tower will house a diverse range of spectacular venues spread across its many rooftop terraces and terraces, as well as event space and a sprawling spa.
A remarkable development
In February 2020, Dream Hotel Group announced the signing of a major agreement with local partners Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments to develop a Dream Hotels property in Las Vegas. Delivery of the project is currently scheduled for the first quarter of 2023.
This independent hotel tower on the Las Vegas Strip will house 450 stylish guest rooms, seven dining and nightlife venues, 12,000 square feet of event space, a full-service spa with fitness center, and on-site parking . In addition to a rooftop terrace, bar and lounge, there will be three restaurants, two lounge and bar concepts on the play area, and a take-out coffee.
Dream Hotels plans to build on its dynamic setting to deliver an experience-driven stay. To achieve this, the property will combine avant-garde design with progressive programming and world-class hospitality.
DLR Group is the designer and executive architect of this 21-story property, which will sport a wavy structure incorporating double-height terraces, oversized windows and an unusual aerodynamic character.
Planned to be one of the first hotels seen from the iconic Welcome to Las Vegas brand, the development land is located across from the Mandalay Bay Resort and the Bali Hai Golf Club. This places it next to the private aviation terminal at McCarran International Airport and just two blocks from the Allegiant Stadium and the nearby T-Mobile Arena.
Overall, Dream Las Vegas aims to introduce a refreshing new luxury lifestyle hotel option to Sin City and its famous skyline.
