New Valorant ‘Neptune’ weapon skin pack has aquatic theme, special effects and animations

Riot Games is about to roll out another update for Valorant, which usually means a new weapon skin pack is about to enter store rotation and this time is no exception. The “Neptune” weapon skin pack was actually teased earlier this week as having an aquatic theme, and it turns out that’s exactly what it was designed around.

As you can see from the image above, the weapons all seem to have an aquarium-like appearance reminiscent of the ocean and sea life. But something that will come as music to the ears of Valorant weapon skin lovers, a new video from Riot Games showcasing the line of skins shows that they also have custom sound effects!

There’s no news yet that I can find on pricing, though I’d imagine it falls into the Premium Edition considering the effects and sounds, which typically cost 1775 VP. As you can see, the skin pack includes the following weapons:

  • Shorty
  • Spectrum
  • Guardian
  • Vandal
  • melee anchor

We’ll keep you posted as we hear more details about the specifics of the bundle. In the meantime, check out the patch 4.10 notes that were released ahead of this week’s update.
