New York alternative rock band Lizzie & The Makers have released a live video for their single “Bottle” yesterday.
The video, which can be seen below, was filmed during their recent performance at The Bowery Electric, and it features appearances from producer Reeves Gabrels, Murderer’s Row member Erica Smith, and Rembert and Basic Goodness singer Rembert Block.
Singer Lizzie Edwards had this to say about what happened that night:
“That show at the Bowery Electric was our first full band show in New York post-quarantine. Eight people on stage playing to a packed house felt so good! I had missed that electric feeling. The crowd was livelier than ever and the energy between the band and the crowd was pure bliss.
That’s why we do this. We all needed to be uplifted by the music and I think this video really represents that. It was a show I’ll never forget and one of the best we’ve ever had.”
“Bottle” is from Lizzie & The Makers’ second studio album, Dear Onda Wahl, which was released on digital services at present.
This Saturday, Lizzie & The Makers will perform at the 8th Semi-Annual Brooklyn Americana Music Festival, taking place at various locations around Brooklyn. More information about the festival can be found here.
